Where were you when you first came across an Impreza or an Evo?

I don't remember the date but I first saw both of them in a video game, you know tokyo exreme racer zero when I was in middle school. First time in real life I saw an Impreza STi was in Iceland, near Grindavik rallying in the lava fields. (Dried lava not heated...) First time for an Evo was in Okinawa Japan. My fellow coworker had an Evo II black, kicked my stock R33 GTS25t's butt...

I think if my situation reeeeally demanded that I own something more practical, I'd get a FXT. And keep the WRX.

i was playin gran turismo 2 and i was doin an endurance race. i was using a Mitsubishi eclipse i kept losing because the front tires would wear out and i would have to keep pitting. so i saved up bought a wrx n won that race by laps!! awd ftw!!

wrx- when i was driving my 3rd gen prelude si back right after high school and this wrb bugeye when they first came to the states rumbled like you couldnt belive. i had to test drive one and then fell in love.

evo- 1st site of one was a stolen 8 all smashed up on some side street in my city . a co-worker had a white II out in okinawa. it ran like shit but it was still fast.

STi- goin touge out in okinawa in my SSGT'S r32 gts2.0t. and he got smoked buy this sti with the terminator 2 wing (i dont know why he had that on there). i told him that if i dont stay out here then when i get back im gettin an sti.



present still never rode in a quality evo but im in love with my sti
